Dung-Dkar- The Tibetan Artist Collective of Montreal (TACM) is an initiative by Artists, both Tibetan Canadians and otherwise to preserve and promote the Tibetan Performing Arts as well as collaborate with other art forms to preserve and promote Tibetan arts and culture.
