Le projet RAD ‘s organizational mission is to give people with various disabilities the opportunity to attend inclusive urban dance classes in a warm, safe environment that is adapted to their needs.  Accompanied by specialist teachers, they can share the pleasure of dancing with a group and flourish on stage.

We believe in equal chances. We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, can achieve their desires and goals. Everyone should have the chance to share their passion with peers in their own way.

We believe that urban arts foster the personal development and should be considered as an effective means to adopt a healthy lifestyle. We want to change perceptions about disability.

RAD project is currently the only company in Quebec to specialize in the supply of activities based around the urban culture of people of all ages and skill.

RAD project is the first to develop programs in the field of urban arts offering workshops and courses accessible and inclusive in primary and secondary schools, day camps, youth centers, etc.

RAD project is distinguished by the dynamism and the qualification of its teachers’ level of training and the warm and safe atmosphere that they create. RAD is innovative because it uses a teaching method that focuses on the strength of differences.
